We believe in the need for salvation & that eternity is real.
1. That every human being must be saved from the penalty of sin, that the penalty is death & that salvation (*being saved") from that penalty can only come through Jesus Christ.
2. That eternity is very real & will be experienced by every human being either in peace with God or separated from God in a painful eternal punishment.
Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." ESV
Titus 3:4-7
"But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." KJV
